By accessing and using TradeBack Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TradeBack Hub is an Introducing Broker (IB) service that provides cashback rebates to traders who register with our partner brokers through our referral links.

  • We do not provide trading advice or financial recommendations
  • We do not hold or manage client funds
  • Cashback is paid directly by the broker to your trading account
  • We act as an intermediary between traders and brokers

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade forex and CFDs in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that trading is legal in your country of residence.

4. Cashback Terms

  • Cashback rates are subject to change without prior notice
  • Cashback is credited automatically by the broker after each qualifying trade
  • Minimum trading requirements may apply depending on the broker
  • Cashback applies only to accounts opened through our referral links
  • Existing accounts may be eligible for IB transfer (subject to broker approval)

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not engage in fraudulent or manipulative trading practices
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of your chosen broker
  • Not attempt to abuse the cashback system

6. Risk Disclosure

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeBack Hub is not liable for any trading losses, broker-related issues, or disputes between you and your broker. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by partner brokers.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
